★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure why there were any negative reviews?? We had a great time! Took my kids here after a morning touring museums as a special treat for them (and myself!). We’ve been to cafes similar to this in Japan and even this one isn’t super big it was a lovely experience. Appreciate the menus in English! The desserts were wonderful and very cute, I haven’t seen my 11 year old daughter this excited in a while and even my 9 year old son who thinks pink is for girls only said thus was his favorite place in Mexico City! Service was nice and everything was kept very clean and sanitary. Really recommend it especially for Mom-and-Daughter time. great experience for hello kitty fans!! Kawaii!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is definitely a must if you love Instagram. You can take super cute pics here. I loved it! You have a great view of the museum soumaya! The decoration is very pretty and girly. The drinks and the desserts are good too! You need a reservation because otherwise you will wait an hour at least. It was packed but it was worth it. I would definitely come back. Perfect for a date as well! I tried the hot chocolate, the red velvet cake and the cheesecake and everything was great!

Good drinks, but owners can still work on the food.
But this is a place where you come to get emotions, not to overeat.
So, I recommend it, especially for girls!!!:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello Kitty Cafe's slogan is "You can never have too many friends".
Both outside and inside, it has a very nice design, as what stands out the most are the flowers.
The mousse is the Choco Surprise which was really delicious, fluffy and creamy as was the Strawberry Cream Cake, while the Italian Soda was refreshing, the only thing that didn't really taste was the Pink Cloud Frappe. It is advisable to have a glass of water because if you order dessert it may taste too sweet.
Aside from the food they sell rings, necklaces, cups, mugs, thermoses, bags, masks, hats and much more.
Worth the time.
