★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es caro, mencionan promociones en su Instagram pero te cobran 500 pesos por cada decoloración, o sea terminas pagando 1500/2000 pesos adicionales al trabajo de “efectos de color”; la asistente de Eder es muy poco paciente y te habla mal en ocasiones, en mi experiencia de balayage no me gusto el tono, parece que no me pusieron color/tono y solo me lo dejaron decolorado, se ve súper amarillo y pague casi 6mil pesos
 The place is expensive, they mention promotions on their Instagram but they charge you 500 pesos for each discoloration, that is, you end up paying an additional 1,500/2,000 pesos for the “color effects” work; Eder's assistant is very unpatient and sometimes speaks badly to you, in my balayage experience I didn't like the tone, it seems that they didn't put color/tone on me and only left it bleached, it looks super yellow and I paid almost 6 thousand pesos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia no fue tan buena. He acudido en dos ocasiones a Helwe Polanco y había estado contenta con el resultado. Por cercanía quise probar esta sucursal. Me hice Balayage y corte de cabello. El Balayage me gustó, el corte no. Cobran muy caro para que no te den sugerencias, al final no me enseñaron el resultado por detrás hasta que yo se los pedí porque lo sentía disparejo. Lo intentaron corregir, pero no quedé conforme. No me dieron recomendaciones sobre como cuidar el cabello después del Balayage. Se percibe menos formalidad que en la sucursal Polanco.
My experience was not so good. I have gone twice to Helwe Polanco and had been happy with the result. Because of its proximity, I wanted to try this branch. I had Balayage and a haircut. I liked the Balayage, the cut didn't. They charge very expensive so they don't give you suggestions, in the end they didn't show me the result from behind until I asked them because I felt it was uneven. They tried to correct it, but I was not satisfied. They gave me no advice on how to care for my hair after Balayage. There is less formality than in the Polanco branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eder y Caro muchas gracias como siempre siempre feliz con las maravillas que hacen, yo vengo siguiendo a Eder desde Polanco y ahora se vino por acá y pues siempre siéndole fiel porque mi cabello es muy difícil que se lo confíe a otra persona, además en tiempos de covid como es nueva la sucursal esta más despejado, vengan y no se arrepentirán !!!
