★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a hacerme una limpieza y tuve una de las peores experiencias de mi vida, por querer hacerlo rápido (menos de 20 min) para usar el tiempo para venderme un tratamiento (que no compre) me provocaron una lesión en las encías por la cual tuve que ir a un dentista de verdad y tomar un tratamiento, me comentaron que probablemente el técnico fue descuidado y me provocó una gingivitis.
I went to do a cleaning and I had one of the worst experiences of my life, for wanting to do it quickly (less than 20 min) to use the time to sell myself a treatment (that I did not buy) caused me an injury to the gums for which I had than going to a real dentist and taking a treatment, they told me that the technician was probably neglected and caused gingivitis.

Hice cita y me pidieron cambiarla. Cuando llegué no me trataron bien. Tienen que trabajar el área de atención al cliente, no saben cuidar a los pacientes. Se puede encontrar mejor servicio dental de otros expertos en la zona y mucho más barato.
Tuve que rehacerme una endodoncia que me había hecho en Hemidental care en otro lugar porque tenía filtraciones.
Bad dentists and very bad customer service.
I made an appointment and they asked me to change it. When I arrived they did not treat me well. They have to work in the customer service area, they don't know how to take care of patients. You can find better dental service from other experts in the area and much cheaper.
I had to redo a root canal that I had done at Hemidental care elsewhere because it was leaking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes de acudir solicité el precio de una limpieza, me dijeron de 800 a 1200, al momento de ir a caja me dicen que son 1800. Y varias veces me quisieron cambiar la cita y tenían malos tiempos.
Before going I asked for the price of a cleaning, they told me from 800 to 1200, when I went to the cashier they told me it was 1800. And several times they wanted to change my appointment and they had bad times.
