★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención y labor de servicio. Tienen en sus espectaculares un número que manda a buzón. En la página tienen otro, y manda a buzón. Te dan la opción de mandar un mensaje vía WhatsApp a otro numero diferente, y jamás atienden.
Mala empresa que no presta atención en los mínimos detalles como estar en atención a sus números de contacto.
En la misma página te da la opción de enviar un mensaje, jamás han regresado el mismo.
Así que no veo para que iniciar un trámite con ellos , si desde el principio se ve que no son aptos para atender a las personas que a ellos se acercan.
Desde ahí se hace notar que la empresa no tiene seriedad o que solamente lanza la publicidad por mera formalidad, y que ya tienen a quien vender sus espacios.
Vemos que sus plazas y/o espacios son vanguardistas, pero no vale la pena cuando no saben atender a la sociedad.
Les recomiendo mejor se acerquen a otros proyectos, donde si les den un trato directo, de dos vías, y te hagan sentir que Tú eres importante, ya que gracias a ti es que los proyectos surgen y se culminarán.
Shocking customer and service work. They have a number that commands spectacular mailbox. On page they have another, and send mail. They give you the option to send a message via WhatsApp to a different number, and never serve.
Bad company that does not pay attention to the smallest details like being in view of their contact numbers.
On the same page gives you the option to send a message, they have never returned it.
So I do not see to initiate a process with them, if you see that are unfit to serve people who approach them from the beginning.
From there it is noted that the company has only released seriousness or advertising mere formality, and they already have who sell their spaces.
We see squares and / or spaces are avant-garde, but not worth when they can not serve society.
I recommend best approach to other projects where if you get a direct, two-way, and make you feel that you are important because thanks to you is that projects arise and will culminate.
