★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La compra desde la primera vez que hice pedido ha sido "complicada" por que al intentar pagar con tarjeta su sistema no funciona. Entonces debe ser por transferencia que no es la forma mas cómoda y fácil de pagar, son más pasos y lo que uno quiere es checkout y vámonos.
El servicio al cliente hace un año era excelente!! la chica q me atendió lo hizo muy rápido, eficiente y muy muy amable. Pero esta última vez que hice pedido, el servicio al cliente tanto por insta como por whats ha estado lento y nada agradable. Muy parco. Y bueno... Uno no paga 3 pesos por sus productos, esperaría un trato más cálido. Podrían mejorar ese par de aspectos.
En fin, el envío fue muy rápido y todo llegó muy bien embalado, aunque sólo en una caja de cartón con su logo y no en un case super nice como se ve en sus historias de instagram. En cuanto a los productos estoy en espera de ver resultados Y pues también es de constancia como todas las terapias alternativas. Ya había probado la línea wellness pero no me sirvió así es que hice un upgrade por otros con mayor concentración como el RH oil y el RSHO FS pica la garganta y la boca como si fuera Chile y me duró esa sensación casi una hora, había olvidado que leí que contiene piperina y creí que había tenido una reacción alérgica, pero sabiendo lo de la piperina pues es normal el picor.
Con todo lo anterior, los recomendaría por que fueron los que lucharon por años y consiguieron con éxito traer CBD a México y de las primeras y muy pocas marcas en estar avaladas por cofepris. Uno no debería meterse cualquier aceite de víbora al cuerpo solo por que la botella está linda, dice aceite de víbora en la etiqueta y está barato...

Customer service a year ago was excellent!! The girl who attended me did it very quickly, efficiently and very very kind. But this last time I ordered, the customer service on both insta and whats has been slow and not pleasant at all. Very parsimonious. And well... You don't pay 3 pesos for your products, you would expect a warmer treatment. They could improve that couple of aspects.
Anyway, the shipment was very fast and everything arrived very well packed, although only in a cardboard box with their logo and not in a super nice case as seen in their instagram stories. As for the products, I am waiting to see the results. And it is also constant, like all alternative therapies. I had already tried the wellness line but it didn't work for me so I upgraded to others with a higher concentration such as RH oil and RSHO FS itches my throat and mouth as if it were Chile and that sensation lasted almost an hour, I had forgotten I read that it contains piperine and I thought I had had an allergic reaction, but knowing about piperine, itching is normal.
With all of the above, I would recommend them because they were the ones who fought for years and successfully brought CBD to Mexico and were among the first and very few brands to be endorsed by cofepris. One shouldn't put just any snake oil into the body just because the bottle is cute, it says snake oil on the label and it's cheap...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place IS open and has some of the least expensive reasonably priced bottles of CBD oil, and this place Also has extremely expensive CBD oil.
The oil is better than many places, the other places that i visited have bottles with only English written on the bottle because most CBD in Mexico seems to be American made. Thank goodness i read the other places bottles, the sales people i guess do not read English or the just lie about their products... NOT HERE THOUGH! This place is straight forward, you look at their website or do like i did and i showed up in person, checked out a brochure with their products, and made a purchase. The product worked better than some i have tried and it is a mixed oil base. The taste, vanilla, was actually better than most. I just can't wait for the ridiculous prices here in Mexico to come down! For the dosages available here, you have some really good choices, and this place IS cheaper than many other places and they have low to high doses... So this place was the best place by far i have found IF you can't go online or visit the US . (Sorry about a little too much info, i really spent a lot of time searching out CBD in Mexico and was shocked by how many places have closed during the pandemic and how over priced the incredibly few places left are! Usually things in Mexico have better prices and fairly good quality.... But it seems CBD is something that will take a while to have the fair prices. Please mexico, produce some quality CBD, stop buying so so American CBD that's weak and overpriced!)
The only reason this place doesn't have more stars is the general state of the situation in Mexico and the lack over better priced CBD in general, but again, like i said...THIS place at least at good quality, weak to strong doses and lower and higher priced CBD available! It was clean and the staff was incredibly helpful.
