Do not take your pets to this vet, on the weekend I took my puppy to a beauty salon and the person who takes care of the beauty of the puppies, mistreats them, locks them in cages because he does not know how to control them, my dog they came back sore and it seemed that they had sedated him, he couldn't walk well, so I took him back to the vet to complain and they very blatantly said that they had been to blame because they had locked my dog ​​many times in the cage even knowing that my puppy is already 12 years old and needs more care, apart from that, the doctor at no time called the attention of the person who does the aesthetics, she even agreed with her saying that she did not know how to control my dog ​​and that is why she had to lock up and mistreat, the vet's solution was to give us only pain medication. Apart from the mistreatment, the attention of the reception is terrible, they do not have the slightest idea of ​​what customer service is, they always answer you badly.

I went to this clinic by mistake because my pet fell down the stairs on a Sunday, they took only frontal x-rays and their opinion was that he had a sprain in his hand, which they recommended to bandage him, the type of bandage they used was Robert-Jones (Look for the name on the internet) they sedated him and he spent 8 hours under observation, later the veterinarian told us that it would be necessary to take him after 10 or 15 days for the change of bandage and rehabilitation, like this for 3 months, which we doubt, for He quickly suggested surgery which consisted of removing his cartilage, which seemed completely absurd to us because it was a sprain according to him. We took him after 15 days to continue the treatment and for a bath and they put the same bandage on him for another 15 days, they did not want to show us if he was already walking well, which seemed strange to us since my pet always walked normally and gave of jumps without complaining, they told us the same before mentioned that we should continue with the treatment or surgery. We consulted with 3 different clinics doing panoramic radiography and it turned out that there was no sprain. They all came to the conclusion that the bandage was not necessary because the sprain did not exist in the first place, it fills with moisture and is of practically no use. They only made my pet suffer for 25 days, which makes me unethical and unprofessional on your part. They only invent things in order to inflate the account. They have a terrible attitude from the lady who answers the phone, and the doctors who work there don't even know how to answer good morning. I give them only 1 star, because there is no -10.
