★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m really shocked by all of the 5 star reviews. I had an appointment for a haircut, but they were 40 minutes late bringing me to the shampoo bowl, and didn’t even say anything to me while I waited. Tony was juggling a few clients at the same time, so I felt like he was very rushed during my cut. I asked for a basic bob, but before I even finished talking, he was already cutting. The haircut is not even, and I have random long stragglers all over. My left front is significantlyyy longer than the rest of my head because he kept pulling it to the back (stretching it longer) and cutting from there. It’s really not a good cut, and I’ve been embarrassed to be seen with it. Thankfully hair grows back so I’m not too worried, but it was definitelyyy not a 5-star experience for me like the other reviews claim.
