★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peluqueria muy bien ubicada en Polanco, pero la atención es regular. No la recomiendo, la persona que me atendió parecía que era la primera vez que agarraba un secador. Si decide arriesgarse a venir hágalo caminando no hay donde estacionar.
 Very well located hairdresser in Polanco, but the attention is regular. I do not recommend it, the person who attended me seemed like it was the first time to grab a hairdryer. If you decide to risk coming, do so by walking there is no where to park.

Nefarious service, I arrived with my hair better than I left and it was simply a matter of washing and drying. Nothing recommended and a very abrupt and unfriendly hairdresser

Pedí un corte y salí con otro :( perdí como 15 cm de pelo; lo bueno es que me queda cerca.
Quien me atendió, parecía que quería que me fuera del local.
Chance y me tocó un mal día, y regresaría a probar otro servicio (cuando me crezca el pelo)

I ordered a cut and went out with another :( I lost about 15 cm of hair, the good thing is that it is close to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to color my roots and add baby lights. Had to cut my ends off because they damaged the ends with the baby lights and ended up with a bad haircut to and roots that weren't very well covered! Wish I had never stepped into this salon! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an appointment at 9am. I run to the salon because I'm going to be a minute late, only to find it closed. It was about 15 minutes before an employee casually walks by, says hello, and leaves me standing outside. It's currently 20+ minutes after my appointment, and all this employee has managed to do is blast the music and put on her makeup. Meanwhile, I'm clearly still waiting outside for some reason.
