Leaving a 1 star because I can’t leave 0. Came on on a Sunday, so very busy. We were prepared to wait but weren’t expecting the horrible service we got. We were seated at the “bar” which was just two tables in the center of a room. 20 minutes passed and no waiter took our order. Finally we got someone’s attention and they took our drink order. They again forgot about the Cappuccino and juice. We had to ask AGAIN for an ETA. Waiter came prepared to take our order when we hadn’t been given a menu. My sister ordered their dry Fluffy Japanese Pancakes. I asked the waiter to come back and take my order because I was still reviewing the menu. No waiter came back to take my food order and I honestly lost my appetite. Nothing on the menu stood out. Come here if you want pretty IG pictures but it’s definitely overhyped.

great place if you're looking instagram worthy photos :) it's a gorgeous place, albeit rather loud and a bit slow service wise. the drinks were incredible, but the food itself was bland, and may arrive with parts of the dishes missing ? besides that, the prices are decent and include valet parking (you should tip though!!)

Yummy coffee and food. Music is loud, so not recommended if you are working and need to video call

Delicious breakfast and very nice presentation of the plates. The prices are above average but not too much. Their terrace is nice but I liked a lot the interior and design choice.

Great place for a night cap or coffee. Unique atmosphere with very attentive and professional wait staff. Had dinner as well, delicious however a bit pricey...not hateful. Covid-19 precautions taken.

Trendy little cafe attached to a boutique hotel in a really cool building. Interior has a roaring 20s sort of vibe, music is a cross between hip hop and house. Fast WiFi @ ~40-50 Mbps. Prices are higher than average, but if you’re looking to hang out in a relatively upscale spot with attentive staff, it’s worth it.

Venue is clean and they follow COVID-19 safety measures. There's a host who takes your name and leads you inside. High ceilings make the place cool and gives a sense of bigger space than what it really is. Upbeat music during breakfast time. Music volume makes you rise your voice over your normal level to talk to whoever is sitting next to you. Waiters feel distant and minding their own business. They have WiFi and accept credit cards. Prices could be better for what they have on the menu. I ordered the "machacado norteño." The good side was that fluor tortillas weren't from a package and the avocado was fresh. Good presentation. Silverware was old though. The machaca meat I got here had some hard-to-chew ligaments and cartilages. It was served drier than what it is supposed to be, as if the chef just put it out of the package near the end of the cooking process. Flavor was bland. I also got a few small stones. At first I thought they were egg shells and swallowed them once I chew them a few times, but they kept coming and then I got out one to see what it was. It was a 5 mm fragment of a stone. See picture. When I raised my concern, a member of the staff came to offer me something. I declined. I was charged the full amount. Other places would have not charged me, but they did. I paid my bill and I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip.

We had the strangest waitress. When we first arrived she was making these weird jokes. Then the service she was calling my friend by odd endearing terms. She also got the order wrong and gave some iced chocolate thing instead of a hot chocolate. She also undercharged the final bill and had to come back to ask for more money. I was also very triggered when she asked me if I wanted to add 15 percent for a service, you should never ask firstly and 15% hell no. The teas were interesting though, a 'fancy' looking decor, would be nice on a warm day outside.
