★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia,no se si de parte de la cajera o de la propia empresa,se hizo doble un pago vía transferencia y se les notificó con pruebas en mano,ellos aceptaron que realmente estaba la transferencia echa,dijeron que lo iban a regresar en un plazo de 72 horas,ya pasaron 7 días y ahora hasta las llamadas me rechazan,los email los ignoran,ojalá y alguien de la empresa diera solución,pues ellos aceptaron que el dinero lo tienen ellos y no lo quieren regresar,es poca la cantidad pero cuenta la acción
Bad experience, I don't know if from the cashier or from the company itself, a payment was made twice via transfer and they were notified with proof in hand, they accepted that the transfer was really done, they said they were going to return it in a within 72 hours, 7 days have passed and now even the calls are rejected, the emails are ignored, I hope someone from the company would provide a solution, because they accepted that they have the money and they do not want to return it, the amount is small but the action counts
