★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sus cosas son de muy mala calidad compre una plancha y no funciono desde el primer día pedí que me la cambiaran y lo hicieron con mucho esfuerzo perdida de tiempo y dinero y la plancha volvió a fallar pedí mi devolución del dinero y no me lo quisieron dar por el sello que ponen en la factura NO SE Dejen eso es un fraude acudan a profeco yo tuve que ir a profeco y es tardado pero seguro mi audiencia es el 14 de enero y me aseguran que me van a regresar el dinero denuncien a esta empresa fraudulenta para que dejen de abusar del consumidor tarda pero las multas que les dan son grandes por los fraudes que ponen en sus facturas y las garantías no son de un mes como lo estipulan ellos acudan a profeco se los recomiendo
