The facilities are beautiful. It seems like a renovated old house, with original architecture from the 19th century. It's one block away from the cathedral, definitely 2-3 minute walking distance. Service is great and friendly, help desk is really attentive, and always responded to our needs. Food in the restaurant is just amazing! They have a great selection of breakfast and brunch. The coffee was also great. The room was a kind of loft, with the king-sized bed on the second floor. 2 TVs, one on each floor. The bathroom had great water pressure, but the shower was tiny. It was a hard task to get in. They have a great hotel. And the valet parking guy was reaaaaally friendly and helpful. I'm sorry I didn't get his name. I would recommend that they gave the extra mile in service, since is one of these hotels that charge every extra thing. I wasn't bothered or anything with this, but I think they should start considering this if they will compete with the bigger hotels nearby. I got a really good deal through Trip Advisor, but when I got to the front desk, the regular price for the single room was double that. So always book online with them. I paid about 60 dollars, they charge 120 officially. I would definitely stay here again, it is beautiful and with great service. The restaurant is worth a try too. If you are seeking a good family-like experience this is your hotel.

The hotel is very pretty but in a very bad location no parking in front, its almost 4 blocks away. Very pricy compared to other near hotels, no electric plugs to charge your phones or laptops, also the bathroom is very small we booked in a 4 bed room and only 1 bathroom. personality I will not recomended.

Only a few reasons I am not giving it 5 stars. 1. No mini fridge 2. No microwave 3. TV is probably from the early 2000s 4. All rooms are upstairs and access to elevator is limited (have to ask, entrance is outside in the back of the building). Other than that the staff are very helpful and the room is exceptionally clean and beautiful. Location is great, but off a main street so you may hear a lot of noise. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice, clean, modernized yet traditional hotel. Nice location. Close to everything. If driving, you have to park like 3 blocks away and then hotel validates ticket. Dropping luggage had to be super fast in the street. I had to use emergency lights and then people start honking.

Very nice hotel, loved the location nearby everything. Rooms are nice and clean, loved the historic building. Would definitely stay there again. The restaurant was amazing, everything I ate was very good in taste and quality.

I booked junior suite, not realizing that the bathroom was on the main floor and bed on loft. Stairs a problem for me at night.. They graciously changed us to a regular room with balcony with beautiful views. It was quiet at night and bed comfy. The air conditioner and shower water pressure were excellent. I had the best pancakes I've ever had! You must try them! 100% satisfied with our stay.
