Very few staff, there are only 2 people who do everything: receptionist, answer calls, take appointments, pass the guests, take the first studies, charge, etc., and the doctor or doctor who are the ones who attend, so that if they quote you at an hour, be prepared to spend 1 hour later or even more. Of course, they are very friendly and attentive, but when the room starts to fill up, there is not enough staff. It has parking and the facilities are clean and well equipped, my only complaint would be the slowness to go to the doctor, because it is not a public office, if not private and we are paying a good amount for consultation.

It was not necessary for them to make him see his bad treatment, it was my turn because I have no doubt that he is very professional and has all the experience but also when he no longer has a passion for his career or work, it is better to retire on time and enjoy the benefits that I leave your services.

I went as a patient insured by the UV and they wanted to give me an appointment almost 3 months later. In addition, the receptionist was very arrogant when I brought a study order from another ophthalmologist, he did not want to pass me and he returned my documents without even explaining how to do it. Terrible attention, I do not recommend them.

The only thing I can say .... the view is essential !!!!. Please DO NOT come with him, I had the misfortune to fall into his hands, and if only I knew how terrible he is as a doctor !!!!! My story would be another !!!!

You have to be prepared to wait up to two hours, even if you arrive by appointment. They give an appointment at the same time to 5 people, so the waiting room is always full, even though the companions cannot pass. The time in the office does not exceed 5 minutes, it gives the impression that the doctor wants to dispatch you as soon as possible. It turns out to be a public service care with private service prices. These drawbacks aside, the medical results were excellent, so it's worth it in that regard.
