Son las mejores sillas ! Esta marca se ha mantenido como líder en el segmento de sillas para oficina, algunas para hacer home office , tienen muy buenas garantías ; hasta 12 años !
Hacen muy buenos diseños y tienen mobiliario muy padre ; investigan mucho las tendencias en ergonomia, rentabilidad de los muebles y productividad de los espacios.
La marca es USA, bien hecha pero es de invertirle , ya que los precios no son bajos ni económicos !
For me they pull!
They are the best chairs! This brand has remained a leader in the office chairs segment, some for home office, have very good guarantees; up to 12 years!
They make very good designs and have very cool furniture; They investigate a lot the trends in ergonomics, profitability of furniture and productivity of spaces.
The brand is USA, well made but it is to invest, since the prices are not low or cheap!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente, llevo 2 semanas con un problema con la silla que compre, me llego rota y ha sido un verdadero dolor de cabeza ya que quedan en marcarme y no lo hacen, trate de localizarlos por teléfono para que me solucionarán mi problema, en la sucursal de MTY, centro de atención al cliente y hasta por Instagram pero nada, solo me daban largas y que alguien se comunicaría conmigo. Posterior a esto pedí la devolución de mi dinero y me ignoraron, nadie quiere resolver la situación. Sin duda, no vuelvo a comprar en esta tienda.
Lousy customer service, I've had a problem with the chair I bought for 2 weeks, it arrived broken and it's been a real headache since they keep calling me and they don't, try to reach them by phone so they can solve my problem, at the MTY branch, customer service center and even on Instagram but nothing, they just gave me the long haul and someone would contact me. After this I asked for my money back and they ignored me, nobody wants to resolve the situation. I will definitely not buy from this store again.
