★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo trato de la vendedora, cuando le pedí que me tratara con respeto, pidió al guardia de seguridad que nos sacara y amenazaron con hablar a seguridad pública, jamás se paren ahí, dan el peor servicio del mundo!!!
Terrible treatment from the saleswoman, when I asked her to treat me with respect, she asked the security guard to take us out and they threatened to speak to public security, never stop there, they give the worst service in the world !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es mi segunda opinión al respecto de la agencia , lamentablemente es negativa también esta segunda , cabe señalar que la primera fue resuelta de manera positiva , eso lo agradezco , pero ahora me encuentro con una situación muy desagradable .
Resulta que compre mi auto en diciembre 2019 y al día de hoy que estoy por venderlo me doy cuenta que no me fue entregada la baja de placas a de CDMX razón de primer dueño , que lo compro después fue adquirido por otro cliente el cual lo emplaco en estado de Morelos y luego la agencia Automotriz Hermer SA de CV Lo volvió a comprar y ahí fue en donde yo decidí comprarlo en la agencia para evitarme problema s de este tipo. Como mencioné al principio es ahora que decido venderlo me notifican que nunca se dio de baja en Cdmx y solo se pago tenencia hasta 2016 , adeuda 2017 hasta 2021 , dando un total aproximado de $60,500 pesos del primer juego de placas de Cdmx . Ahora resulta que la agencia no me reconoce y que según ellos realizaron todos los trámites pertinentes …. …. Estoy buscando remediar con la agencia pero evidentemente me están dando largas , Porfavor para que revisen muy bien todo el historial de los dueños anteriores y no reciban ni paguen hasta tener la seguridad de que no tiene adeudos , no estoy seguro si actuaron con dolo para no pagar los adeudos que tenia al venderme lo o de plano tienen un pésimo gestor de trámites que se le sucedan estas deficiencias en su actuar … esto me demuestra cada vez más porque uno decide dejar de comprar en empresas ya ni mencionó en recomendarlas .
