★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, llame a las 10 :00 am para poner una queja y solicitar uno nuevo, porque el que tenia era de 45kg y me duró un mes y medio, quedaron de llevarlo máximo una hra y no más me daban largas, no contestaban el teléfono y cuando lo hacían, decían que estaban saturados, cuando nunca había tenido problemas con ellos, jamás vuelvo a comprar ahí, nada recomendable cuando pones una queja te dan largas y te dejan esperando ?
Terrible service, call at 10:00 am to make a complaint and request a new one, because the one I had was 45kg and it lasted a month and a half, they were left to carry it for a maximum of an hour and they just gave me long, they did not answer the phone and when they did, they said they were saturated, when I had never had problems with them, I never buy there again, nothing recommended when you make a complaint they give you long and leave you waiting ?
