★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience, my telephone's battery was dying and no electric plugs anywhere, only a few of them crossing the last filter to board your flight obviously all of them were taken, no tissue paper in rest rooms, no food after 9 p.m. bad organizations and most incredible NO SEATS enough for passengers, less than 50 seats for hundreds of them, bad, bad, real bad airport, looks like a third category bus station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This “international” airport doesn’t really feel like one. For one, it’s very small. And also, the services aren’t really there. At 11 am, the only options for hot food was a messy Starbucks on the lower level with a line out the door and two overworked employees doing it all and a Subway upstairs— where the attendant informed us that she needed to let the bread cool so it could congeal.
The outlets didn’t work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hermosillo is a city that is growing and expanding rapidly, so the airport should be bigger. This airport looks like a bus station than an airport. It is very small and for local people is easy to know their way around. It has a few shops but very, very expensive. The toilets and gates have been refurbished and very clean and that is very pleasant for the passengers.

The problems with flight companies are not their problem.
Easy drop off possibilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to fly in and out. It is not a big airport so I have never seen any crazy long lines. American airlines ticket counter personnel are helpful, friendly and helps international travelers with required form. The airport it self is modern and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The airport is small but very nice. Fully bilingual. Pay for parking at automated machine in the terminal. Excellent security, very professional and efficient / effective. Very clean, with Starbucks, Subway and a small market in the boarding area.
