★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMA ATENCION ,POR PARTE DE LA RECEPCIONISTA ,estuve 2 horas esperando a tener ficha y no alcanze por que la doctora no tenía tiempo para atender a 6 personas,y me contestó alzando la voz.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO TRATO al paciente ,no hace citas ,es por turno ,hable por teléfono para pedir informes, la señorita me dijo que las fichas las repartía 4:30 y solo daba 5 fichas ,llegue a las 3:40pm y fui la numero 5 la secretaria llego 4:45 pm y muy grosera dijo - solo voy a dar 4 fichas porque tengo un cirugía ,me acerque a decirle que ella unas horas antes me había dicho que daba 5 fichas y solo me dijo lo siento pero solo tengo tiempo para 4 ,venga mañana ,yo tuve que pedir permiso en mi trabajo para poder ir a consulta y no se vale que jueguen así con el tiempo de las personas ,Y ESTANDO AHI LLEGO UNA SEÑORA A DECIR QUE ERA URGENTE QUE LA ATENDIERA LA DOCTORA PORQUE EL MEDICAMENTO QUE LE HABIA DADO A SU HIJA LE HABIA CAUSADO UNA REACCION Y QUE SU HIJA ESTABA PEOR--- otra razón para ya no regresar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo sistema de solicitud de consulta, la secretaria muy grosera y descortes, tienes que desperdiciar 2,3,4,5 dias para que te toque UNA de las CINCO fichas que da por turno. Algunas personas llegan desde las 2pm a formar, reparten fichas a las 4:30 y la Dra llega 5:20 si bien te va.
Terrible consultation request system, the secretary is very rude and impolite, you have to waste 2,3,4,5 days to get ONE of the FIVE cards that she gives per turn. Some people arrive from 2pm to form, they distribute chips at 4:30 and the Dra arrives at 5:20 although it is going well for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No agendan citas y tienes que llegar dos o tres horas para ver si por suerte te toca una consulta, puedes esperar horas y al final no te pasan, obviamente pésimo servicio

Elena solo es médico general NO TIENE CÉDULA PROFESIONAL COMO DERMATÓLOGO, a mi me dijo que se me caía el cabello por estrés y me mando medicamento para bipolaridad y resulta que era por un transformo metabólico que una verdadera dermatóloga me hizo estudios y detectó
