★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obelisco dedicado a la 4 veces heroica ciudad de Veracruz. Se encuentra frente a la Secretaria de marina y junto al zoo de los coyotes. En la esquina de la virgen y escuela naval militar. Esta rodeado de cañones con sus respectivas balas, que por cierto son enormes. Bien lugar para aprender algo nuevo
Obelisk dedicated to the 4 times heroic city of Veracruz. It is located in front of the Secretary of the Navy and next to the Coyote Zoo. At the corner of the virgin and military naval school. It is surrounded by cannons with their respective bullets, which by the way are huge. Good place to learn something new

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una zona muy concurrida y se tiene que pasar por ahí para ir al trabajo a la escuela. Es difícil acceder al monumento debido al tráfico pero dicha área está limpia y bien cuidada. El área alrededor del monumento no tanto, pero no es tan mala como parece. Las aceras son muy pequeñas para los transeúntes.
It is a very busy area and you have to go there to go to work at school. The monument is difficult to access due to traffic, but the area is clean and well maintained. The area around the monument is not so much, but it is not as bad as it seems. Sidewalks are very small for passersby.
