Además, si uno les pide ayuda o algún consejo para hacer esto o aquello, dan buenas ideas y sugieren qué herramientas usar, de qué medida, etc. Yo he podido hacer cosas en mi casa que nunca había hecho, gracias a la orientación que me dieron ahí. Por ejemplo, puse una chapa tipo cartucho, pues ahí me dijeron cómo hacer el hueco en la puerta, con qué herramienta y la medida. Además encontré una chapa que se ve muy segura.
They are very friendly here and it is well stocked. Also, if you ask them for help or advice to do this or that, they give good ideas and suggest what tools to use, to what extent, etc. I have been able to do things at home that I had never done, thanks to the guidance they gave me there. For example, I put a cartridge-type plate, because there they told me how to make the hole in the door, with what tool and the size. I also found a sheet that looks very safe.
