★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bueno lo mio es una critica, siempre que uno esta cotizando nos dan los catálogos de conceptos con claves de herrajes y siempre que quieres consultarlos no existen deberían de poner esa clave de herraje descontinuado y poner por el cual lo actualizaron siempre es un batallar buscando las claves de sus herrajes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen poco surtido y la mayoría es sobre pedido. Tardan muchísimo tiempo en atender y darte lo que pediste. En lugar de parecer tienda de herrajes parece banco dónde pides oro!

En el sistema para cancel de baño corredizo creo que está mal que en el riel inferior traiga un hule por que eso no deja correr la puerta ya que el hule no es material deslizable ante el vidrio!!
Tal vez si fuese plastico duro así como hay otra marca de canceles de baño que la utilizan en ves del hule y las puertas corren perfectamente!!
Ojalá lean mi comentario y puedan solucionar ese problema y otra observación es...
Las carretillas para esos canceles traen una pieza que no es aluminio y creo que también debería serlo y estriado para que se fije mejor al vidrio aparte casi no coinciden las barrenaciones de la pieza de metal con la de aluminio y en veces traen tornillos de cruz o en veces planos

The trolleys for these gates bring a part that is not aluminum and I think it should also be and ribbed so that it fixes better to the glass apart, the holes in the metal part do not coincide with the aluminum part and sometimes they have cross screws or sometimes flat

Les marcamos y la señorita que que nos atendió con mala actitud no dio solución inclusive me colgó
Herralum definitivamente tiene mejor calidad
Comprábamos alrededor de 20 kits bruken al mes
De los cuales alrededor de 6 Kits, las rodajas de las carretillas salen defectuosas
