El servicio de ventas es pésimo compramos un par de herramientas tardaron 3 semanas más de lo pactado ( se entiende por pandemia ) luego la venta era con servicio a domicilio mandaron uno en servicio ocurre y el otro con flecha amarilla que lleva 6 días sin entregarnos y solo mencionan que están en ruta . Por ahorrarse unos pesos en la paqueteria quedan pésimo. La atención del personal de ventas es muy mala.
Those who have rated 5 stars are surely employees. The sales service is lousy, we bought a couple of tools, it took 3 weeks longer than agreed (it is understood as a pandemic) then the sale was with home delivery, they sent one in service and the other with a yellow arrow that has not been delivered for 6 days and they only mention that they are en route. By saving a few pesos in the parcel, they are lousy. The attention of the sales staff is very bad.
