Mi experiencia con esta empresa es que llevé una herramienta a servicio desde otra ciudad buscando la formalidad y el profesionalismo de un centro de servicio autorizado de una marca conocida. Me entregaron un ticket y formalmente quedaron de llamar, jamás llamaron, yo lo tuve que hacer y ni siquiera habían revisado la herramienta pero volvieron a quedar formalmente en que lo harían. Esta es la tercera semana, he llamado y de igual manera no hay respuesta. A mi me cuesta el tener que llevar la herramienta a servicio hasta Celaya pero mas la importancia de la atención a mis clientes pues hoy en día no podemos prescindir de una herramienta de trabajo y al no poder cumplir con los tiempos de entrega al depender de SERVICIO MASTER CELAYA me hace perder credibilidad y confianza de mis clientes. Es una lástima que este tipo de centros de servicio no comprendan la importancia de una buena atención.
