★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada, nada, nada, pero nada recomendables para reparaciones, pésima atención, personal descalificado o sin experiencia en fin muy mal lugar.
Lleve mi equipo por una falla, según la arreglaron pero me lo regresan con otras dos fallas ah y despues de MESES de espera no cabe duda que son los "hombres del mañana", tal vez hasta cambian piezas nuevas por defectuosas. en fin, lugar nada recomendable. centro de reparación autorizado jaja, de donde.
 Nothing, nothing, nothing, but nothing recommended for repairs, lousy attention, disqualified or inexperienced staff in very bad place.
I took my equipment for a fault, as they fixed it but they return it to me with two other failures ah and after MONTH of waiting there is no doubt that they are the "men of tomorrow", maybe they even change new parts for defective ones. Anyway, place not recommended. haha authorized repair center, from where.

Lleve un rotomartillo Dewalt inalámbrico para su reparación confiando en que por ser centro de servicio sería buena la calidad del.mismo y resulta ser que por la revisión pague $150 y quedaron que ellos me marcarían, después de un mes y no recibir ninguna llamada decidí ir y para mi sorpresa resultó que ni siquiera lo habían revisado, por lo que decidí llevarmelo tal cual estaba en un principio perdiendo mi dinero pero sobre todo el tiempo ya que lo ocupo para trabajar.
Nunca más volvería con ellos, absolutamente nada recomendable
Terrible service and lack of professionalism.
I took a Dewalt cordless rotary hammer for repair, trusting that because it was a service center, the quality of it would be good, and it turns out that for the revision I paid $ 150 and they left that they would dial me, after a month and not receiving any calls I decided to go and to my surprise it turned out that they had not even reviewed it, so I decided to take it as it was at first losing my money but above all the time since I use it to work.

Great place to take your tools to fix! Drills, sanders and more! They fixed me a cable that is not easy to get from a router! I think it is a very good and safe option!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitivamente un muy mal mal mal servicio , solicite una pieza desde octubre 2021 y supuestamente de 2 a 3 semanas la tendrían......me pidieron anticipo y es fecha que sigo esperándola...... me canse de marcarles y siempre salían que estaban Por recibir mercancía que ellos se comunicaban conmigo y cuando......jamás... tengan cuidado..... ojala y no les pase lo mismo..
Definitely a very bad bad bad service, I requested a piece from October 2021 and supposedly they would have it in 2 to 3 weeks... they asked me for an advance payment and it is the date that I am still waiting for it... I got tired of marking them and always They came out that they were about to receive merchandise that they communicated with me and when ...... never... be careful... hopefully the same thing doesn't happen to them...
