★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio llege en punto de las 6 de la tarde menos un minuto y no se tomaron ni siquiera la molestia de salir por que la puerta ya estaba entre cerrada solo me dijeron se fue el sistema ya no hay servicio hasta luego por mas que insisti no quisieron atenderle aun y que su letrero en la puerta dice ¡horario de atención de 9am a 6 pm!
Terrible service arrived at 6 in the afternoon minus a minute and they did not even bother to leave because the door was already closed, they only told me the system was gone, there is no service until later, no matter how much I insisted. They still wanted to attend to you and that their sign on the door says hours of operation from 9am to 6pm!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es bueno y recomendable. El establecimiento está muy escondido, se encuentra en el segundo piso de un edificio muy viejo. Hacen falta letreros e indicaciones de la ubicación en la fachada. El pasillo de acceso casi no se ve con los negocios y puestos en el exterior.
The service is good and recommendable. The establishment is very hidden, it is located on the second floor of a very old building. Signs and indications of the location on the facade are required. The access corridor is almost unseen with the businesses and posts on the outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente el vigilante de la entrada es un hígadito qué tal vez por la edad contesta a fuerzas acabo de mandar a una señorita que necesitaba reparar su dremel y este señor le dice que ya no hay servicio son las 15:45 pues entonces a qué hora cierran pésimo servicio del vigilante no de la empresa de reparación.sugiero que mejor llamen para que ellos los reciban en la entrada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son muy poco profesionales, y además rateros, me daban una armadura de taladro en el doble de lo que está con otros distribuidores de Bosch (o simplemente les dió hueva buscar el precio) casualmente tampoco tenían niguna refacción de carbones. Al ser mujer, diario me encuentro con tipos prepotentes como los que trabajan aquí, lo que me molesta es que le hagan a una perder tiempo valioso a manos de su misoginia e incompetencia.
They are very unprofessional, and also thieves, they gave me a drill armor in double of what it is with other Bosch distributors (or they just gave them spawn to look for the price) coincidentally they did not have any spare coals either. Being a woman, every day I meet arrogant guys like the ones who work here, what bothers me is that they waste valuable time at the hands of their misogyny and incompetence.
