★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un negocio que promete mucho y no cumple. No supervisan los trabajos que entregan, no respetan contrato, ni tampoco la garantía. Desafortunadamente contrate con ellos, para la elaboración de un portón, porque el plus que ofrecían era que la pintura que utilizaban, era automotríz, lo cuál es una gran mentira, a los dos días de instalado el portón, comenzó a oxidarse, aunado a que no soldaron correctamente las varillas, la chapa instalada no funciona, variaron el diseño solicitado, no cumplieron con las fechas de entrega y lo más triste es que después de depositar la confianza en ellos y haberles cubierto el pago en su totalidad, ahora no contestan las llamadas, te proporcionan únicamente un núm. tel de contacto y se vuelve sumamente desgastante el trato, tengo quince días que le reporté, las fallas que presentaba mi portón y no obtengo respuesta de su parte, porque no atienden llamadas y cuando lo hacen es vía mensaje, informando fechas de atención, en las cuáles nunca llega el personal. Es un negocio sumamente informal, falta de ética profesional, que no cumple con lo pactado y que vende ilusiones, ya que la realidad es muy distinta. Comparto mi experiencia para que las personas que aún tienen oportunidad de elegir a un proveedor, al cuál van a depositar su confianza y entregar su dinero que muy probablemente no les regalaron y trabajaron por ello; elijan trabajar con personas serias, ya que éste negocio de herremex no es profesional.

It is a highly informal business, lack of professional ethics, that does not comply with the agreement and that sells illusions, since the reality is very different. I share my experience so that people who still have the opportunity to choose a supplier, to whom they will deposit their trust and deliver their money that they probably did not give them and worked for it; Choose to work with serious people, since this herremex business is not professional.
