Tuve un accidente vehicular en 2017 y el encargado de servicio un tal Vicente Peral en contubernio con el ajustador de Zurich de aquella zona me estaban dando mi carro por pérdida total cuando el daño era del 45%. 3 veces me subieron el daño hasta ser del 95% segun ellos. Tuve mi carro parado 2 meses porque no acepté su dictamen. Hasta que pude hablar con la coordinadora regional de Zurich Lic Karla Galindo ella solucionó mi problema y si, mi carro no iba a perdida total, procedia reparación. Total que el ajustador y el tal Vicente se enojaron porque no pudieron verme la cara y me entregaron mi carro cuando quisieron, me citaban un dia "todavia no ha llegado tal pieza", me lo entregaron con golpes, una llanta ponchada, antena rota.
El dia que me lo entregaron me citaron 10am y mi carro salio de taller a las 2pm
. Mi experiencia fue mala, por eso no lo recomiendo. por lo menos el area de servicio.
BAD SERVICE. I had a vehicular accident in 2017 and the service manager, a certain Vicente Peral, in collusion with the Zurich adjuster in that area, was giving me my car for total loss when the damage was 45%. 3 times they raised the damage to 95% according to them. I had my car stopped for 2 months because I did not accept their opinion. Until I was able to speak with the Zurich regional coordinator Lic Karla Galindo, she solved my problem and yes, my car was not going to be totally lost, it was repaired. Total that the adjuster and this Vicente got angry because they could not see my face and they gave me my car when they wanted, they quoted me one day "no such piece has arrived", they gave it to me with blows, a flat tire, a broken antenna.
The day they gave it to me, they summoned me at 10am and my car left the workshop at 2pm
. My experience was bad, so I don't recommend it. at least the service area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atienden rápido pero no siempre te explican todo lo que necesitas para una compra, les interesa más la venta a qué el cliente quedé sin dudas. Después batallas con la compra no solo del auto si no de las placas, deberían entregar tu compra con placas creo que sería más fácil para el comprador.
They attend quickly but they do not always explain everything you need for a purchase, they are more interested in the sale to which the customer remains without doubts. After battles with the purchase not only of the car but also of the plates, they should deliver your purchase with plates I think it would be easier for the buyer.
