★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dueño incumplido e irresponsable. Hay que insistirle para que haga un presupuesto y cuando lo hace, se tarda también. Y si el proyecto que se le pide cotizar es "pequeño", dice que lo hará y luego deja plantado al cliente. Pésimo.
 Unfulfilled and irresponsible owner. You have to insist that he make a budget and when he does, it takes time too. And if the project he's asked to quote is "small," he says he'll do it and then walks the client off. Appalling.
