★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace varios años, por el 2008, en este negocio encargué que me fabricaran e instalaran un zaguán para mi domicilio. Desafortunadamente, durante la instalación no pude estar en mi casa, por horario de mi trabajo. Y eso fue motivo para que el responsable de este taller se portará como un barbaján con mi esposa y conmigo, vía telefónica. Tuve que acceder a su modo de trabajo, pues ya le había dado un adelanto en efectivo y no podía estar presente para la instalación.
Avance rápido: Al final quedó instalado el zaguán pero con una calidad y cantidad de pintura que lo noté inmediatamente. A la semana, su capa de pintura de 2 milésimas, ya comenzaba a descarapelarse. Le fui a reclamar y respondió que con esa calidad trabajaba siempre, con su típico tono de patán de: "me vale gorro tu reclamación y hazle como quieras"... Ustedes sabrán si la encargan algo a este tipejo irresponsable. Yo, jamás lo haría de nuevo.
Several years ago, around 2008, in this business I commissioned a hall for my home to be manufactured and installed. Unfortunately, during the installation I was unable to be at home due to my work schedule. And that was the reason why the person in charge of this workshop will behave like a barbarian with my wife and me, by phone. I had to access his mode of work, as I had already given him a cash advance and could not be present for the installation.
Fast forward: In the end the hallway was installed but with a quality and quantity of paint that I noticed immediately. Within a week, his coat of paint of 2 thousandths was already beginning to peel off. I went to complain to him and he replied that he always worked with that quality, with his typical loutish tone of: "Your claim is worth a hat and make it as you want" ... You will know if they entrust this irresponsible little fellow with something. I would never do it again.
