If I could give 0 zeros stars then I would. Had an accident with 100% insurance on the car. They only care for the car and not the people Inside it. How am I supposed to fill up my car tank when I can't even move it. Only to have a 2month old baby. Charging me extra fees since the tow company didn't want to release the car. Worse experience and will never come to Hertz again....

The price you get online is not with insurance included, insurance is expensive. I was given a mini van with lots of scratches and dings and the interior was dirty. When I got there I was informed that if you paid with a credit card it was 3% more than if you paid with a debit card, which is written in a piece of paper not even online. I bought the basic insurance with 20% deductible. The rep goes outside, marks all the scratches but says not to worry about the interior and never marked any cracks on the windows, I took a video of the van just to make sure. During my trip the van kept saying to service the oil change, the check engine light also came on, so I called to make a report. while I was driving the van it wanted to over heat and I had to stop to have it cool down, When i returned the van a different rep comes out and starts inspecting the van from the inside ( even though first rep didn’t mark anything) and starts asking me why there was broken stuff when obviously it was given to me that way. She was very rude, She starts to blame me for the cracks in the windows and tells me that if I had purchased the full cover insuranse this wouldn’t have happened. Finally the first rep comes out and tell her the inside stuff was already missing but the window crack was not there and that I must of done it. Thankfully I have the video showing the crack and she tells me to make sure I mark the windows next time when it was obvious it was the rep who didn’t mark the extra stuff. becareful Mark everything and take pictures, they try to steal your money. Never again. I will stick to enterprise and the Alamo
