★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tenía pagado un vehículo clase c y no tenían disponible me lo entregaron 6 hrs después y un clase a(osea más barato y quisieron hacer el cargo original, se aferraron a decir que no tenían otro y me lo cambiaron en Culiacán pero no el contratado, la chica solo se limitó a decirme que llamara a un número para que me devolvieran el dinero la verdad no vuelvo a rentar nunca más ahi
Terrible service, I had paid for a class c vehicle and they did not have it available, they gave it to me 6 hours later and a class a (that is, cheaper and they wanted to make the original charge, they clung to saying that they did not have another one and they changed it to me in Culiacán but not the hired, the girl only limited herself to telling me to call a number to get my money back, the truth is, I will never rent there again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio y mal lugar para rentar un auto, pague un auto de precio medio para viajar con mi familia y salir a carretera de vacaciones y me dieron el auto mas barato y pequeño de sus opciones de autos, no me devolvieron nada de dinero, me prometieron llamar para cambiar el auto que lo rente por 15 días y nunca me llamaron
Al auto pequeño que me dieron le fallaban las luces y la policía me sacó un extra de dinero, en fin no recomiendo esta oficina para rentar un auto o por lo menos no lo rentes por adelantado, cuando veas que auto te van a dar ahí lo pagas
Very bad service and bad place to rent a car, I paid a medium price car to travel with my family and go on the road on vacation and they gave me the cheapest and smallest car of their car options, they did not return any money, They promised to call me to change the car that I rented for 15 days and they never called me
The small car they gave me had the lights failed and the police took an extra money from me, anyway I do not recommend this office to rent a car or at least do not rent it in advance, when you see what car they will give you there you pay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, eviten rentar autos aquí. Había hecho una reservacion por Internet, cuando me presente en mostrador no me quisieron hacer la renta porque mi INE es de Morelos y mi licencia es de la CDMX, ambos son oficiales y no debería haber problema no es la primera vez que rento. Cuando quisimos presentar los documentos de otra persona para encajar en su política me dijeron que tenia que ser forzososamente mis documentos y que sino había qué hacer venta de mostrador qué duplicaba el precio original.
Terrible service, avoid renting cars here. I had made a reservation online, when I showed up at the counter they did not want to rent me because my INE is from Morelos and my license is from CDMX, both are official and there should be no problem, it is not the first time I rent. When we wanted to present the documents of another person to fit in their policy, they told me that it had to be my documents and that otherwise they would have to sell over the counter which doubled the original price.
