S	Sean Liu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived the airport around 12pm. I know employees of Hertz maybe tired and been long day. But average that service one client about 15 mins. Now is 1:20am. I still waiting for my car and still have 2 clients in front of me... when I can get my car?! The end we received the car at 2:10am. Took 2 hours to got the car. Only good service is the guy who give the car to you.
M	Markus Sehr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be very careful with them, the staff was very friendly when receiving the car although the whole procedure took some time. They took photos from the car which seemed very professional. There was a huge damage. When returning the car, they tried to force us to sign a damage report for exactly that damage. After arguing several minutes, they looked at the fotos for a second and told us that damage was not there before. After arguing again, they agreed to show us the picture again and to zoom the picture. The damage could clearly be seen and only then the guy took back the damage report without any comments. Prepaid gas is advertised to be cheaper than road prices. Thats not true because they compare their prices without taxes and transaction fee with road prices which already include tax.
A	Alfonso Ledezma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feel Hertz cheated us. Hertz forced to advance pay so they could assure us a Van. Which they did not have on rental day. Hertz delivered a much smaller car for almost same money. And we are cheated since HErtz has NOT returned our 1,500 balance after 3 weeks. And they make it very difficult for contact for this issue. Cannot trust Hertz Chetumal.

However, when we came in person we were told that we will still have to pay double normal rate for any extension. Decided to return the car and rent from another provider
M	Manon van Os on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good service, very quick. The office was a little bit hard to find because there is no clear sign. You can find the office inside the airport.
L	Lulu Vasquez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid Hertz rental car at the Airport! We had a reservation and they told us they had no cars. Would not honor our online reservation. Their excuse it’s high season. Yet they have cars for those that have Zero reservations and rent their cars 3x more expensive! Zero customer service and taking to a manager Hager’s you nowhere! Took a Taxi and the driver stated it’s a common practice that these agency do. He asked if it was Hertz when I said yes how do you know he said that’s what they are known for. He picks up many upset people and has expressed the car agency’s are thief’s. He immediately called a friend who has a car rental agency and they had a car for us without extreme last minute prices!
R	Ryan Kaldari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not rent from this Hertz! I had a reservation, but when I arrived they told me they had no cars available. They said they would call me as soon as a car was returned. It's been 2 days since then, and still no phone call. Every time I try to call them to see if they have any cars, it just hangs up on me regardless of which option I choose from the phone tree.
O	Oswaldo Ceballos Zavala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They won't allow you to extend your rental unless you go in person which is an issue if you are far away from the city. Over the phone I was just told to return the car the next day and pay the extension rate and late return fee which they don't know how much would it be... [UPDATE] They didn't charge me for the extra day which I appreciated, so I'm rating 3 stars instead of 1.
