★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene precios engañosos en su página así que mejor acudí al módulo en el aeropuerto y después de cotizar varios obtuve uno que se ajustaba a lo que buscaba. El auto funcionó muy bien e hizo que mi viaje fuera seguro y sin problemas. Gracias al auto es que le doy cuatro estrellas sino le daría una por no poner los precios y las letras chiquitas como se debe.
It has misleading prices on its page so I better went to the module at the airport and after quoting several I got one that fit what I was looking for. The car ran very well and made my trip safe and smooth. Thanks to the car is that I give it four stars otherwise I would give it one for not putting the prices and the fine print as it should.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No había nadie quien recibiera nuestro auto, debimos llamar al aeropuerto para que alguien nos atendiera. Fuera de ello, nos entregaron un Beat en buen estado y funcionando increíble, muy buena experiencia.
Su punto débil, su puntualidad al recibirnos.
There was no one who received our car, we had to call the airport for someone to attend us. Apart from that, they gave us a Beat in good condition and working incredible, very good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst car rental experience I’ve ever had. The car was in bad condition. The tire kept deflating a day after we got it and they made me pay for it. Also, trying to use the cigarette lighter socket to charge my phone caused a short circuit and the car died. They wanted me to pay for service to arrive. When we wanted to extend the rental they made us come physically to the office and refused to do this through the customer service. Add to that the car was extremely overpriced (we had rented a larger and better car in Mexico for less than a half that price).
We figured we are paying extra for the “Hertz” service and couldn’t be more wrong.
Suggest staying away if you have any other option.
