★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rent a car few months ago everything was fine until we had to return the car we ask the agent that we had to fly back four days later at 6:30 am when we went back to return the car nobody was there the agent supposed to be there at 5:30 am that never happened we left almos 6:20 my husband had to put the key under the door he call him and he said that he cannot do that my husband told him I’m sorry but i cannot take the car with me. and we got 80.00 dls over charge to our visa that was our first and last time we rent a car there idiots y rateros ???????????? por eso estan en la peor agencia de carros de renta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worth it, I reserved a SUV and only needed because where my girlfriend lives I needed something taller, and they gave me a MINIVAN??♂️. I have to drive really careful like if I was driving my car which is lower with coilovers from where I live. Never renting anoyher car from Hertz, gotta use another one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not risk your vacation with this company. They quote you and a low price but them force you to get an insurance more expensive than you can imagine. I was forced to pay more for 5 days for their low coverage than what I pay full coverage for 2 cars for a month. They don't have the car you request they give you what they "have". I got a different car rental size that I requested it was extremely dirty I'm a tall person and I requested a medium size vehicle and got a small hatchback.
Stay away from this company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I would give it -1 star I would. This place is a scam the manager subhankar Saha is a fraud. Rented a car in Zacatecas return in Aguascalientes airport. The brake lights went out which I have a picture and he charge me with car damage. How is a car malfunction the responsibility of the driver. I filed a grievance with my CC. Also a double charge is appearing and the email they gave me is not even the right one. Do not use hertz use budget my brother did and had no problems. Furthermore this place is a scam

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i don't recomend this place. they want to charge $21000 pesos on just insurance then he said let me see what i can do and he lower the price for $14360 so i went ahead and grab the car.
we stop to grab something to eat and come back car dind't start we call their office and they said someone will be there no one show up, i was able to get it going with my brother.
i return the car with 4 litters less than what i tooked for,he want to charge $450 pesos very unresonable he come down to 215 pesos. i ask for a discoumt since i was the one whoe fix their car. didn't want honor any discoumt worse place to get a rental
