Stay a way from this company they will stilling your money..I rent a vehicle they try to charge me $1,750 dollars for some fees plus $40 dollars each day for some insurance I cancel everything but I can’t get my money back which I pay for reservation.. this people just still your money never again..

Worst place to rent car. If i could give a 0 I would. Arrived 5/29 to Morelia . I had a reservation for a car and they didn't have my car. I don't understand why they let you make a reservation if they don't have any cars available. Staff was rude and told me that having a reservation didn't mean you would get a car with attitude like it was my fault. Will never consider them for future rentals. Had to postpone my family road trip because I didn't have a car.

This is one of the worst companies to rent a car from. I would never NEVER rent a car from them again. They have hidden fees and they literally give you the wrong tools to change a tire on the road. My tire popped in the middle of the road and I couldn’t change it because they didn’t give me the right tools. They also charged me for a brand new tire because the other one popped and I had to pay for all the repairs. This company really sucks. Also just so y’all know they work together with dollar car rentals. So do not rent from those agency’s.

The worst experience ever. Arrived in Morelia with a reservation for a car that fits 7, when we arrived they didn’t not have a car for us. Mind you we made this reservation with one month in advance. The employees at the airport were very unprofessional. I was traveling with my family and they would not help us find a car. We were left to fend for ourselves something that I would not wish on anyone. They charged our credit card and almost a year later and we still haven’t gotten our refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

If I could give a zero stars I would I reserved it for $337 ended up paying 878 do to them telling you had to have insurance to rent with them. I had the car 6 days and paid almost 1000$ USA dollars total rip off and it doesn’t uphold the Hertz gold star cleanliness or name when traveling there your better off buying your own car and leaving it there. They rip off Americans. My family member got a car from there and he is from there had a whole SUV for two weeks and paid less then me I had a chevy Aveo. Nightmare

I read all the low ratings and I still went ahead and made the car reservation against my gut feeling. I regret my decisions so much. Beyond terrible service, straight up crooks! **If you need a car out of mere necessity, be aware of the lies** I made the reservation for Saturday @7am and requested a mini SUV. Upon my first encounter, I was told there were NO cars available at all and the next car that was scheduled to return would get in at 10am, but, I was second in line, so the gentleman in front of me was going to get that one. I was baffled when the guy at the counter basically said it was out of his hands. My boyfriend and my Dad WALKED a few miles to a nearby car rental place and were told they had no cars either. We were trying to make it to a wedding at noon, so we ended up calling a relative to pick us up. Meanwhile, while the relative was half way to us, we were told there was a car available for me now. LIES!! LIES!! LIES!! After being told that, we waited another 2 hours for small sudan, which was NOTHING like what I had picked during the reservation. I received this car at NOON, which was the time my family and I needed to be at the wedding (MAIN REASON FOR THE TRIP!!!). Also, they require a major credit card for the reservation, no debit cards accepted. They're really about cheating you out of your money. I understand were still in a pandemic, and there's a shortage in car rentals. But WHY WHY WHY, accept a reservation you cannot deliver on???? Had my reservation not been accepted, we would have relied on my relatives for transportation and NOT wasted time, money, and any effort on securing this reservation.

By far the worst experience ever! I rented a car with the road side assistance for a week in case anything since I was traveling 3 hours from the airport and the vehicle was fine when we left. Day 4 into it the brakes gave out and then to get anyone to me was gonna be a day in which they didn't show up or contact me. When calling they said they didn't have a car so why tell me someone would get o me with one the next day and not show up or call me. After waiting that day & being stuck with my a non working vehicle my car was set to return that next day they didn't show up. They said not to worry they would take care of the days until we get the car well nope they charged us for 2 days that weren't our fault. And OMG no! I could go on and on to tell you guys everything that happened at checkout where they wouldn't release me credit car. They are awful! The business next door offers better prices so don't get caught with these thieves! I paid more for the extra days than what I paid for the week.
