★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bien pero con áreas de oportunidad: no encontraron la reservación de mi empresa por ende tuve que pagar la tarifa al público en vez de con descuento / convenio. Me dieron un Upgrade sin costo debido a que no tenían autos disponibles del segmento PERO la unidad tenía el parabrisas estrellado, primera vez que me toca una renta en Hertz con una unidad así. Finalmente, hay un shuttle del aeropuerto al lugar cercano donde están las unidades, ese depósito es casi un terreno baldío así que no se alarmen si llegan allí, la renta se hace sin problemas y el personal que mueve los autos es muy amable y eficiente.
Good but with areas of opportunity: they did not find the reservation of my company, therefore I had to pay the rate to the public instead of the discount / agreement. They gave me an Upgrade at no cost because they did not have available cars in the segment BUT the unit had a crashed windshield, the first time that I have a rental in Hertz with a unit like this. Finally, there is a shuttle from the airport to the nearby place where the units are, that warehouse is almost a vacant lot so do not be alarmed if they arrive there, the rental is done without problems and the staff that moves the cars is very friendly and efficient.

Para que sirven las reservaciones ? Me ofrecen una camioneta Kia porque me pongo a exigir lo que pague. Me dan una camioneta super cochina. Una lástima. No regreso con Hertz me deje llevar por la marca
