★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast service when I was there but it does definitely depend on the time that you arrive. Better prices in advance because you can choose what insurance you want, they only sell the full package while you're there in person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to book my car on the phone. I repeatedly asked for the price of the rent for a car and got told on the phone the price for a car which was actually very cheap. I still asked if there were any other costs involved and was told no that's it,thus I booked the car.
When I went to the Hertz office I was told that not all prices are included. The addition of the extra costs made the car five times more expensive than before.
I feel betrayed, not because of the more expensive price but because although I asked multiple times they were lying to me that there are no extra costs.
Very unprofessional,I will never use Hertz again wherever I travel.
The car itself was ok, all the rest felt very fishy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service at the Blvd Atlixco Puebla location is very poor! When I went to return the vehicle, there was just one person assisting at the counter, therefore, she was rude and seemed annoyed that she had to deal with the customers that were there waiting. I can honestly say, I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed with the lack of customer service, and for that reason I would not recommend doing business with them! Another observation I had was with their insurance policy, the way the insurance was figured out was shady, since they don’t show you where they are getting their calculations from, everything is done on scratch paper by hand and the way that is explained to you is very confusing, and so at the end the cost for the rental is ten times more than the rate you get when you make your reservation online. Lastly, they advertise certain vehicles, but when you arrive to the rental center, they don’t have the vehicle you were expected to rent and they also don’t monitor the maintenance on their vehicles, the vehicle that I rented had the engine light on, and I didn’t noticed it until we were gone from the rental place and that made me feel unsafe and worried throughout the time we had the vehicle.
Stay away from this rental center!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a total scam. I made a reservation at 10am for an economical car and was quoted a price of $312 pesos per day. I was told the car would not be ready until 1pm. I received no further communication even though they had my telephone number and email. We arrived at 2pm and was told they did not have the car available but we could rent another vehicle for $432 pesos. When I protested, I was told they gave an extension to the person who originally had the car and was supposed to return it on time. I was also told they never had the car in their possession. When I asked them to honor the original reservation price, they said no. When I asked to be given a discount, the women went through a whirlwind display of writing various numbers down, speaking in circles very fast, and trying to convince me of what a deal I was receiving. It was clear to me they would have rather received the commission for the higher priced vehicle than honor my reservation. I told her I would rather not do business with Hertz than feel taken advantage of and she merely shrugged her shoulders at me. So we left.
I would not recommend doing business here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reserved a mini van for our family a week at the Puebla airport. I paid in full via their website. When I arrived I was informed they did not have my vehicle available. They also did not have any vehicle available that could fit us. I was told I now need to fill out a form on their website so that they can refund me. What a joke. I have now waited nearly a month for a refund. Do yourself a favor and don’t rent from Hertz.

I paid in full online for a 7 passenger SUV when i got there they said they didn't have that car and only had a 5 passenger car. No REFUND, nothing not even a discount. They then charged me another 185 for airport fees. A total of 385 when i had already paid in "full" online. We were three people and they did this to all three of us.
The guy flat out said, "We don't have the car you reserved so either you get a smaller car or you go elsewhere"
Such an inconvenience and total scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had two separate reservations, made via the website. Arrived the first weekend and they didn’t have a car for me and they hadn’t called to advise me of this. Returned the weekend after and the service was extremely slow - it took an hour and a half to wait for a car. I don’t recommend this office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give 0 stars if I could. Made confirmed reservation of mini van (needed for 6 passengers) on website. Called morning of to verify they said I had to show up to know if car was there. On arrival they didn’t have van but claimed one was at airport after I told them I needed car for 6 passengers. 40 minute drive later arrived at airport to find that they had a 5 passenger suv. What a waste of time. Couldn’t be more dissatisfied about the service and lack of transparency around their inventory.
