Well oiled organization .. from the vehicle taken to the vehicle rendering..personnel dedicated ... to note the return vehicle they accompany you to the respective terminal..seul flat.pour the vehicle .the station is wrongly indicated ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will NEVER rent from Hertz IN MEXICO again! Absolutely terrible experience — EXTREMELY LONG WAIT TIME at check in and check out, EXTRA FEES - BEWARE — they charge Mexican 3rd party liability insurance $45/day regardless whether you buy one from
Expedia/other broker, or have one from your credit card. YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY THEIR INSURANCE AGAIN. Cars ARE VERY POORLY MAINTAINED - newer models but feel like they are ANCIENT! This office is also a joke — made out of small container (see pictures).
****I SUGGEST to rent from EUROPCAR — they have no extra costs and much cheaper overall, while they provide quick excellent service and give you new nice cars!
Anyways, we tried Hertz to realize that EUROPCAR is always the best choice in Mexico.
