★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, ya con dos reservaciones pagadas, llegamos y salieron que no tienen carros y que hasta 7 dias regresan el dinero. Empleados con muy mala atención al cliente. Empresa que solo quiere cobrarte de mas y otros carros que ni si quiera rentaste, te presionna para rentarte carros mas caros.
 Very bad service, already with two paid reservations, we arrived and they came out that they don't have cars and that they return the money up to 7 days. Employees with very poor customer service. Company that only wants to overcharge you and other cars that you didn't even rent, pressuring you to rent more expensive cars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por trabajo siempre arrendamos con Hertz, y es la primera vez que me toca una oficina tan... cabe mensionar que llevo ya varias horas esperando por que no tienen carros disponibles, y su respuesta fue:
"Pues si quiere la solución que le podemos ofrecer es que arrende con otra agencia, por que no tenemos carros disponibles".
Se reservó con tiempo, espero les funcione esta breve reseña de lo que va de mi experiencia en la oficina de Hertz aeropuerto de SLP.

For work we always rent with Hertz, and it is the first time that I have had such an office... it is worth mentioning that I have been waiting for several hours because they do not have cars available, and their response was:
"Well, if you want the solution that we can offer you, it is that you rent with another agency, because we don't have cars available."
It was booked in time, I hope this brief review of my experience at the Hertz SLP airport office works for you.

they charge your card and then ask for cash here stay away !

Money back now I rented for
1 week they charged me about 1000 usd
they are unfortunately rats who only care about commission
enterprise is slight more expensive but at least you pay what is on contract and they do not ask for a cash propina .
I’ve rented from hertz before but will never rent from hertz Mexico much less here at San Luis Potosí; fair warning to all my fellow travelers rent outside the airport or from different vendor not Hertz!
