★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite I had a reservation, they hadn’t a car available. Only a Suburban. They didn’t want to honor the original pricing plus insurance… of course I didn’t want it… because of this I took almost two hours to get another car from a different house. It seems Hertz does not respect your reservation!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just rented a vw tiguan and had a issue with the s.u.v I called the office and the receptionist had a mechanic ready to fix or replace the the s.u v even when I was 7hrs away ... I was really pleased with with the service I've rented vehicles for over 7yrs and always been taken of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great deal with excellent service! Had to book last minute (another car rental agency fell through) and got a clean, new car that worked great. On top of that, the shuttle driver dropped us off at Terminal 2, which they don’t usually go to because it’s farther away. I think their friendly feline manager must be holding everyone to a very high standard ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was slow, I had a reservation that they didn't honor the price for and they couldn't explain why, it took us about 30 minutes at the counter and another 30-45 waiting for the car. They charged a 4.5% credit card fee that was not called out anywhere in the application. Never coming back again
