Muy mal servicio, la empleada muy grosera, nada amable o servicial Se esperaron a que llegara a la hora de mi reservación para avisarme que no había carros disponibles y que el que tenían reservado para mi había extendido su servicio el cliente

Recomiendo tener cuidado al rentar con ellos y leer las letras chiquitas del contrato de términos y condiciones. Tomamos una promoción y al llegar al lugar a recoger el auto tuvimos que pagar un sobrecosto altísimo y al ya tener el prepago hecho no nos convenía cancelar para buscar alternativas. Revisamos el anuncio y los correos de la reserva, donde nunca se mencionaba ese sobrecosto, solamente aparece en los términos y condiciones de la página. Aunque legalmente está especificado en las letras chiquitas, sinceramente me sentí engañado y no creo que es la forma correcta de vender así que no volveré a rentar con ellos, no me gusta estarme cuidando de empresas como esta.
I recommend being careful when renting with them and reading the fine print of the terms and conditions contract. We took a promotion and when we got to the place to pick up the car we had to pay a very high extra cost and having already made the prepayment, it was not convenient for us to cancel to look for alternatives. We reviewed the announcement and the emails of the reservation, where that extra cost was never mentioned, it only appears in the terms and conditions of the page. Although it is legally specified in the fine print, I honestly felt cheated and I do not think it is the correct way to sell so I will not rent with them again, I do not like to be taking care of companies like this.

Un lugar muy agradable.donde su personal es muy amable y atento.....bien capacitado para que sus clientes se sientan cómodos. Se los recomiendo.

Pésimo servicio. He ido dos veces con la reserva ya pagada y no me entregan el vehículo porque está retenido. Me llaman a confirmar la cita y aún así cuando llego me dicen que no lo pueden entregar. Los asesores dicen que no pueden hacer nada, no pueden llamar porque no les permiten, que hablan con la gerente y la gerente del punto está encerrada en la oficina, no sale a dar la cara o brindar una buena atención al cliente, solo dice que se comunicará si consigue un vehículo. Nadie se comunicó conmigo. Y llamo a la línea de atención en Hertz y me dice que no pueden solucionarme porque no son de flotas, no son de reservacion, no son gerencia, nadie puede. Pero para tomar el pago anticipado si pueden…
Terrible service. I have gone twice with the reservation already paid and they do not deliver the vehicle to me because it is retained. They call me to confirm the appointment and even so when I arrive they tell me that they cannot deliver it. The advisors say that they cannot do anything, they cannot call because they are not allowed, that they talk to the manager and the point manager is locked in the office, she does not come out to show her face or provide good customer service, she only says that will communicate if you get a vehicle. No one contacted me. And I call the Hertz hotline and they tell me they can't help me because they're not from fleets, they're not reservations, they're not management, no one can. But to take the advance payment if they can…

They didn't have the vehicle I reserved. I got a vehicle that smells like cigarette like non I've ever smelled before.
