M	Moises Acuña on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super pésimo está empresa nada de responsables yo rente un carro hice la reservación pague el depósito y ala mera hora de entregar el carro me salen con que no tienen ningún carro disponible que ellos no podían hacer nada , osea primero te cobran amarran el dinero y después te dejan sin carro. Y hasta hoy sigo esperando el dinero del depósito por el servicio que nunca use. Por eso en mi esperiencia yo no les recomiendo a hertz . Pero aún que no quieras te van a cobrar 800pesos por día en motivo de seguro de auto. There are no people in the morning for car delivery. It has only 5 units, it can never deliver the car that you are looking for. Aeroméxico offers a rental discount. But even if you don't want to, they will charge you 800 pesos per day for auto insurance.

Te citan temprano y los tienes que esperar casi perdiendo el vuelo. Terrible service. I would expect better for what they charge. The car in poor condition. Cuando devuelvas el auto, ni siquiera te dirán adiós y mucho menos un gracias vuelva pronto, te tratan como si te hicieran un favor. Realmente despreciable y patético servicio. Por mi parte en mi vida vuelvo a trabajar con esta empresa de pacotilla. Una experiencia que también tuve es que no pudieron darme el carro que reserve y me ofrecían otro pero quería que yo lo trajera nuevamente para tomar el carro que reserve, esto me haría perder 2 horas en viajes. Very bad experiences with Hertz Obregon, there is never anyone to attend to you when you return the car and you have to be looking for them within minutes of boarding the plane. An experience that I also had is that they could not give me the car that I reserved and they offered me another one but they wanted me to bring it again to take the car that I reserved, this would make me lose 2 hours on trips.

Por si fuera poco te citan a cierta hora para devolución (1pm) y la oficina esta cerrada.... Terrible service, high prices, reservations are not respected, I have arrived with a confirmed reservation and they do not have cars. In my case they wanted almost a $2000.00 dollar deposit in order to avoid paying a 700.00 peso per day insurance fee. Even though my credit card covers car rentals. Will not use them again anytime soon.
