They overcharged my credit card, and they haven't contacted me back. Their atencionalclientehdtf website does NOT work!
They lie to customers for sure!!!
I rented and paid for this service online $7,000.
They asked me to pay for $10,000 more to pick up the car or no deal. They had NO other choice because I will lose my original payment - this was not a deposit! I have proof. The girl was so slow and training at the same time, 2 hour process.
I will NEVER rent again from Hertz in Mexico. They are NOT clear with their deals online!
Hertz hides extra charges when a credit card is used to rent a car. My comments are real!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hertz scams vulnerable airport travelers. Make sure you always check the gas tank and every single detail of the car. The people inspecting it before leaving will try and say there’s no real issue if you see a scratch. Make them take a picture. Get full coverage because they will find anything and then blame it on you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total scam. Car that we paid for was "not available" when we arrived to pick it up. They tried selling us a higher class for $1000 usd instead of providing us the car we paid for. We ended up waiting 2.5 hours for the car we paid for. Upon car return and inspection, they inspected the vehicle in a manner that was much much closer than when they inspected the car before it was given to us to drive. They tried charging us for a tiny spec in the windshield that was only visible by using a flashlight at a specific angle, which was not used in the first inspection. Don't waste your time, energy, or money dealing with these incompetent scammers.
