Los autos están en buenas condiciones pero el servio que ofrece el personal de la empresa en esta y otras sucursales es siempre deja un mal sabor de boca por que no respetan lo que ya se ha contratado. They did not have the car that I separated (I was already prepaid)) and instead of offering me an upgrade they gave me another one of a lower category. The cars are in good condition but the service offered by the company staff in this and other branches is always a bad taste because they do not respect what has already been hired.
