Every other rental business spoke multiple languages.
But to give IMPORTANT GUIDE TO SUPPORT OTHER TRAVELERS: HERTZ CHARGES THE MOST WITH INSURANCE TRICKS & ask for the $1200 secruity deposit

Then when we returned the car they tried to trick us into signing a bill to pay an additional $550

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited in a line of 3 people (including me) for 2 hours just to be told that I have to pay $800 on top of the $300 I already paid for the reservation. Their insurance is a SCAM. DO NOT RENT HERE. When we returned the car, they tried to get us to sign a bill for 20,000 pesos on top of the $1000 we already paid for the car (which was originally supposed to cost $270). Argued back and forth for awhile until I pulled out my phone and started recording. Then all of a sudden, they gave us the original bill. These people are evil, entitled, pieces of garbage.

Sorry - we do not have your 7 person car available !!!
BUT it was booket 1 month ahead and we had besides that emailed with them.
Extremely stressfull to be standing there with 4 kids and have planned the planetrip, so we could drive to town before dark.
No explanation and no real excuse.
I was so frustrated and angry.
OK Rent a Car helped my later with the precise same car for the 20 day rental, same terms and I saved around 1.000 US.
(Hertz where 50% more expensive)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was nobody of their stuff on airport desk so we ve been obliged to reach their office out of airport by taxi. Supposed we ve got an offer through aeromexico for a free of charge car as we flight with them. We forced to buy a full insurance package coasted more that fifty euros daily, threatened as we should pay full damage or loss in case of that happened. Muchos gracias pero no.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service, blocking fees of 45000 pesos without any policy to show saying it. They absolutely want to charge you extra insurances, even if you already have with your credit card. Employee not at all willing to listen, understand or accommodate. They show a paper saying "chart on rental counter or online", it was impossible to see that chart.

The other reviews were right about the price that you pay being different than what AeroMexico quotes you when you request the rental from the airline reservation. The airline reservation doesn’t include all the insurance and you if are traveling from outside of the country then you need good coverage.
The vehicle was alright, a Chevrolet Malibu. Make sure you check over the vehicle carefully before you leave the office so that they don’t charge you for existing damages.
Be sure to take your own pictures in case they challenge you later when you return the vehicle.
