Their system allows you to make a reservation and they do not notify you that they do not have cars available, when you try to pick up a car they only grant you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no respetan los vehículos contratados, te dan de menor categoría por el mismo precio aún cuando ya esté liquidado el pago de la renta por Internet, la persona (heriberto) es déspota y no da más opciones, "es lo que hay y si quieres"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienes que andar buscando al encargado para que te de el vehículo que ya pagaste por adelantado, pagas la silla de bebé y no tienen cuando la pediste y pagaste por anticipado, los vehículos están maltratados y sucios, NO PAGUES LA GASOLINA POR PREPAGO ES UN ROBO, use medio tanque y te cobran el tanque completo y eso no te lo dicen. Es mejor rentar en Europcar o Thrifty, estos dos últimos no son los mejores pero son menos peores.
You have to go looking for the manager to give you the vehicle that you already paid for in advance, you pay for the baby seat and they don't have it when you asked for it and paid for it in advance, the vehicles are abused and dirty, DO NOT PAY THE GASOLINE BY PREPAID IT IS A THEFT , use half a tank and they charge you for the full tank and they don't tell you that. It is better to rent in Europcar or Thrifty, these last two are not the best but they are less worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima experiencia, hice un renta con ellos prepagada y llegando al aeropuerto me pidieron mi numero de reserva solo para decirme que no tenian autos. Siendo que en el estacionamiento contaban con 5 vehiculos. Ahora tengo que esperar mi rembolso entre 45 y 60 dias. Le pongo una estrella porque mi comentario no se publicaria si lo dejo sin estrellas. Espero mi comentario sirva para que no renten con esta arrendadora.
Bad experience, I made a prepaid rental with them and arriving at the airport they asked me for my reservation number just to tell me that they didn't have cars. Being that in the parking lot they had 5 vehicles. Now I have to wait for my refund between 45 and 60 days. I put a star because my comment would not be published if I leave it without stars. I hope my comment will help you not rent with this landlord.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La primera vez reserve con ellos y bien. La siguiente vez que reserve estaba confiada y al llegar al mostrador me dicen que no hay autos y que me anotaban en lista de espera “a ver” si al siguiente día se desocupaba uno.
The first time I booked with them and well. The next time I booked I was confident and when I got to the counter they told me that there were no cars and that they put me on the waiting list “to see” if one would be free the next day.
