No me dieron respuesta pésimo servicio. Terrible service, twice reserve a truck to collect in Colima and they did not have available, after the gps were turned off and they offered me a car, I have a car, I required a truck !! They gave me no lousy service response.

Que problema en estos lugares. Solo quieren sacar dinero y aprovecharse de cualquier persona. Be aware of the price, if they give you one online they would charge more because that’s how they get money for their pockets. My car wasn’t ready, so they can rent me a more expensive one. Sure!! Shoplifters My car was not ready, I had to pick it up at 8am and my car arrived at 8pm They offered another car but much more expensive. What a problem in these places. They just want to take money and take advantage of anyone. Be aware of the price, if they give you one online they would charge more because that's how they get money for their pockets. My car was not ready, so they can rent me a more expensive one. Sure!

Cuando se trata de reembolsos se tardarán meses en regresarte tu dinero! (Si es que te lo regresan) yo tuve que hablar con mi banco para que mi banco consiguiera mi dinero de vuelta. Mi recomendación: no hagas reservación por línea solo ve y pregunta si hay carros disponibles. Y SIEMPRE procura leer los documentos que te den a firmar porque ahí es donde meten muchos cargos. Do not waste your time making an online reservation. I made a reservation 2 weeks prior to my flight and they still didn’t have a car available at all! When it comes to getting a refund, they will take months to give you your money back! I had to get this done through my bank because Hertz wouldn’t do it. ALWAYS read the documents PRIOR to signing. If you don’t, you will be slapped with hidden fees! Don't waste your time making reservations online. I made one 2 weeks in advance and even if they didn't have a car available! When it comes to refunds it will take months to get your money back! (If they return it to you) I had to talk to my bank so that my bank could get my money back. My recommendation: do not make reservations online, just go and ask if there are cars available. And ALWAYS try to read the documents that they give you to sign because that's where they put a lot of charges. Do not waste your time making an online reservation.
