Your employer forced me to sign a credit card payment form without amount as I wanted to pick up the car I booked online. The sentence is the same: IF YOU DON'T SIGN THE FORM WITHOUT AMOUNT, NO CAR and because I didn't want to sign she cancelled the booking, see pictures. This can not be a serious company with the name of Hertz! I made a full safety insurrance! You blocked 1000 Dollar on my credit card, and this is still not enogh? You need also a credit card payment form without amount? THIS IS AGAINST THE LOW! IT'S NOT ALLOUD! After 25 hours travelling, I was tired, I just needed my booked car to go to the Hotel and sleep, insteed I had to fight successless with your employee. I want explanation.

I am waiting now for 1 hour and the location has no car! My whole travel plan was wasted because of the fact that they accept reservation and they do not have a car when you show up. I called the central customer service and they couldn’t help me either. I am not sure why Hertz does not apply the same standard in Mexico. Very unreliable

I wouldn't know where to start. From the beginning this was the worse experience that I've had renting a vehicle. I rented the car early that day because we had a last minute trip while in Queretaro. Before I arrived at the counter, I went to the parking lot to make sure they had available cars for me. There were two Dodge Caliber and a Chevrolet Cruze in the parking lot. When I made it to the counter the employee was incredibly dismissive and was avoiding eye contact at all cost. Proceeded to tell me that the car I had reservations for was not available which seemed like a lie, since there were three cars in that category in heir parking lot. He also wanted to see a passport which I have never needed to provide since I had my drivers license and it has always been sufficient. He was muttering pretty much everything he was saying and was not answering any of the questions I had for him but insisted on talking about fees and information that I never requested. He said that he only had a mini van and he was going to give my that instead but never explained the difference in prices or what it would've cost to do so. He also wanted to put a $50,000 (!!!!) pesos hold on my credit card which I have NEVER seen before. He neither apologized for the inconvenience or the bad experience. His condescending attitude was off putting considering the situation we were in. We travel to queretaro often and we will not use this agency again.

This car rental agency is a disaster. We made a reservation for a car on the internet. When we came to rent the car, the price was 1,5 times higher. After 30 minutes, the guy told us he did not have the car we booked and that we could take another berline that was twice the price. We asked to have any car but for the price we had booked. Nothing could be done on the price. Car stocks are wrong on the internet, they make you come (pay a taxi) and prepare the contract for 30 min, and then say they don't have the car. We canceled and left... This company doesn't seem to want to make business.

One of the worst experiences I've had on a car rental service, the people there seems upset to have to attend customers and take way too long to resolve even simple tasks.

Very bad customer service, reserved a vehicle online and when arrived to pick up they didn’t have one to offer me. Very rude and unapologetic will never come back here

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. It's the worst car rental agency in Queretaro and they make up miscellaneous fees when you complete your rental. Be careful!

Worst service ever! I went there with my wife and the useless information provided by the most unprofessional staff made me go out and find another option.
