★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a reservation through Orbitz. They didn't respect the reservation, their excuse was that no vehicles "over sale" or "over booking" rentals. Not even a sorry for the no rental. Person in charge don't even wearing an ID name or badge. He released his name as Jorge Jaziel, he called his manager just to let him know that he was going to be called from central office in Mexico city. I called the central office, person who answered my call release his name clearly Enrique Martinez, this person tried to resolve my concern, but unsuccessful. I didn't get the rental. They promised to call me with a solution. Until this day no one has even call me. Thank you Hertz to ruin my vacation. ZERO stars for this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE!!! I made my reservation over the phone and specifically asked the agent to confirm they were going to have my vehicle available and she did. But to my surprise there was NO vehicles available and I had to change all my plans right there and then and no other agency had vehicles. Just like another review says they don't even apologize for the HUGE inconvenience they caused you. Please DO NOT reserve a rental with them is not worth the trouble. I will see how long they take to refund my money ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reserved online and price was 500 pesos for 2 days. I expected to pay around 30$ each day for insurance since I would go over the 24hr day rental by 4 hours. I show up and with 0 liability it was 3300 pesos(165$ roughly) I was upset they "discounted" and ended up paying around 135$. I also believe they want to pocket money. I had no choice but to take the car. Very over priced! They don't answer phone and no price for car coverage online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reserved the vehicle and got a confirmation number and the Total price was $1582.26 and when I arrived there they informed me that they were going to charge me $4,000 instead. They did not give me a good reason for the increase. Beware of this company. HERTZ RENT A CAR. I believe the people there might be trying to pocket some money or something. Almost $2,500 dollar worth

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reserved an SUV and paid for it in advance online and when we got there they stated none were available and gave us a small car stating it was in the same category as the SUV...SMH. Returned vehicle on the specified date and a week later send me an inspection notice with someone signing my name as if I turned it in 5 days later agreeing to their inspection pics with pics of 'damages'. Not satisfied at all with their services. Also had to wait about 20 min at the counter until the lady came to assist us. No active phone number can be found.
