Hertz - 34319 Durango

Nunca contestan el teléfono, no existe una línea confiable de atención a clientes para cotizaciónes y/o reservaciones.

Pésimo servicio que ofrecen aquí. A fuerzas quieren vender una aseguranza de 15000 pesos si no no rentan el carro. Más aparte al cancelar el supervisor y la señorita atendiendo les dan pésima actitud a mis padres que es la primera vez rentando carro. Se supone que en una corporación como hertz los empleados y el supervisor están entrenados para dar el mejor servicio al cliente si quieren tener clientes. No nomás a nosotros nos ocurrió esto también a otras personas que estaban obteniendo su carro también. Para mi opinión estos personales querían tener mejor comisión al nomás vender esa aseguranza. Ponder queja con la compañía hertz directamente al igual dejar esto aquí. Jamás rentare carro en esta compañía. Esto paso en el aeropuerto de Durango mexico

I do not recommend this location for your car rental needs. While the customer service was great during the delivery of the vehicle and the option to chose the vehicle of my preference, the absurd price for Mexican Insurance is nefarious. They quickly snapped pictures of the vehicle prior to turning over the vehicle, however the vehicle windows and windshield were dirty. After I had taken the vehicle, I had noticed two small chips on the windshield and had taken my own personal photos knowing that it could be an issue later on as this wasn't annotated during the vehicle inspection. While the vehicle was reliable and safe during my usage, upon returning the vehicle, the agency accused me of 'causing damages' to the windshield of the two prior existing chips that I mentioned previously. The 'manager' continued to argue regarding this and originally stated that their policy is to charge me for the cost of a new windshield, but later redacted to sealing the chip. After arguing, he says stated that he is confident that I was lying and knew that I had caused the chip. Again, I hold myself to a higher standard and pride myself as an ethical person. If known this 'damage' occurred, I would have gladly paid for it. But again, I find it absurd that he continued to argue. But after thinking about it, why do customers pay for the ridiculous amount for insurance if it doesn't cover anything? Just add the outrageous amount to car rental. Again, I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone rent from this location.

Horrid experience! Made reservations online and even called to ensure all was set and they confirmed it. Once we arrived they had NO vehicles! Wow! Worse experience ever! I cannot believe it. I will not be associating myself with any future business clientele with Hertz.

Avoid yourself an unnecessary bad experience... they use zero common sense to solve customer inquiries and issues. There are many other car rental companies.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I had a reservation for 12:30 pm and the clerk showed up at 4:30 pm. They did not have the car that I had reserved.

It was the only agency with any cars left so they took advantage and only offered me the largest most expensive car. Had to take it unfortunately. They claimed the economy cars were not permitted to be rented out

The service is the worse, the price is not worth the car they give you. I had to wait to get the car and when I had to return no one was there so I almost lost my flight and I was not even able to return the car. Worse customer service I have ever experience and I travel a lot and rent a lot of cars. Never will rent from this place again.
